Our fees for all services are straightforward and transparent:

RESIDENTIAL

No letting or management fee for guaranteed rent £300 set up fee including VAT

Letting Only            8.5%of annual rent including VAT

Full management   12% of monthly rent including VAT  and one off letting fee of £500 inc per new tenancy.

Inventories, EICR & CP12 are billed direct to landlord from our providers.

Works commission 12% including VAT 

Renewal fees include tenancy agreement at £120 including VAT

COMMERCIAL 

Tenants admin fee £600 including VAT this includes Lease

Landlords fee    17% of annual rent including VAT
